Beef Tapa with Steamed Vegetables

We bought beef in the market without really having in mind what to do with it. It's becoming usual that we buy meat and vegetables, and cook them however we want, depends on the mood. I thought of doing a Beef Tapa with Steamed Vegetables.

Basically, I marinated the beef strips in soy sauce, salt and pepper for 30 minute and sautéed it. Meanwhile, the veggies (young corn, Baguio beans, broccoli flower) are being cooked in the steamer and dashed with salt, pepper and garlic bits afterwards.

I love Japanese mayonnaise very much, so I put some on top of the beef tapa. Serve with rice.

As you can see, this complete meal is very easy. Even busy moms can make it!
